How to Develop a new model
Megan came in and interviewed with us in October of 2007, we liked her “look”, auditioned her and saw that she has lots of natural potential to model. She is 5’8” tall and weighs 118. Her measurements are 34-24-34.
She is 16 years old. She modeled some as a child and has a background in dance as well.

TMG- How did you become interested in Modeling?
Megan- People always came up to me and told me I was pretty, and that I should model. I love fashion and make-up-I am always trying new styles and ways to put my make-up on. I have to have the “newest trend”. I also am interested in fashion design. Modeling fits in well with that!
TMG- How is TMG helping you develop into a model?
Megan- You guys have helped me sooo much! You have taught me how to walk on a runway and to present myself confidently and with good posture. My first photo shoot was very exciting, I love dressing up! Working in front of the camera is fun, I am learning how to move my body for editorial fashion print and what angles work best and what looks good in photos. For instance, you don’t look straight up to the sky! That is too extreme and you just see the whites of your eyes! The photographer told me that I “move well” and that makes her job easier. Models should always try different moves, not just stand there!
TMG- What have you learned about getting into the modeling industry?
Megan- That it is very hard work! You have to find the right mother agency, one that wants to work with you and help you. You have to have a certain look and attitude about you. TMG is helping me develop that and they really want me to be a successful model. In order to have a career as a model you have to have a major market agency, have exposure to the real fashion world and agents, put together a strong portfolio and have a good attitude and personality. I am grateful to tmg for teaching me all this and helping me all the way to the top!
